Unframed PrintsOrders typically ship within 3-5 business days after being placed.
Framed Prints Orders typically ship within 10-15 business days after being placed.

How do I file a claim with Route for my lost or damaged order?

If your order is lost or damaged, you can file a claim with Route by clicking the link in your shipping confirmation email or visiting their website with your order details.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please take photos of the damaged items and packaging, then contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery to arrange a replacement.

Do you offer Returns/Exchanges?

Returns and exchanges for unframed prints are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Framed prints are custom-made to order and therefore are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

How do I use the digital downloads?

After purchase, you will receive a download link in your email. You can download the file and print it at home or through a local printing service.

Do I need permission to print digital downloads?

No, your purchase includes personal use rights. You may print the images for your personal use, but reselling or redistributing the digital files is not permitted.
